Night Porter

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Night Porter to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise, ensuring all areas are clean, tidy, and secure.
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage the Food & Beverage Department during the night shift, ensuring all areas are clean and ready for the next day.
- Assist guests with their luggage, deal with any enquires, and carry out nightly Health and Safety audits.
- Work collaboratively with the Night Team to ensure the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
