About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Perfect Hire Global Recruitment. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients' accounts payable teams to ensure timely payment and resolution of any payment issues.
- Financial Record Keeping: Produce monthly spreadsheets for major accounts, reconcile any discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Payment Processing: Generate and forward monthly client statements, issue credit notes, and process refunds as necessary.
- Financial Analysis: Monitor client indebtedness, collaborate with clients, team leaders, and the Finance Manager to prevent defaults and resolve any payment issues.
- Reporting: Provide ad hoc reports on clients as needed and prepare information for auditors as required.
- General Accounts Duties: Perform general accounts duties, including data entry and cash allocation.
Requirements:
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required for effective client liaison.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience: Experience in an accounts role is desirable, but not essential.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year.
