About the Role

We are seeking an authentic leader to join our Fraser Hart team as a Store Manager. As a leader, you will have the skills to drive exceptional customer experiences and bring our core values to life in a positive culture.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant Store Management experience in a luxury, customer-focused retail environment. They will lead, motivate, and coach their people to have personal meaningful interactions with our customers, making them feel special.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve KPIs
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive culture within the store
