Job Title: Demand Planner

Job Summary:

Aromatherapy Associates is seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our Operations team. As a key member of our commercial planning function, you will be responsible for generating accurate SKU level forecasts across our global network, managing demand reviews with account managers, and ensuring commercial plans are accounted for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate accurate SKU level forecasts across the global network
  • Manage demand reviews with account managers to ensure commercial plans are accounted for
  • Manage demand exceptions for campaign activity
  • Manage pack off plan calendar within 3PL for bundles, reworks, and testers
  • Prepare monthly S&OP deck
  • Forecast accuracy evaluation with details on trends and bias to improve accuracy
  • Work with the Supply team to ensure that forecasts are met with timely production plans – or that requirements are managed with expectations on production timings
  • Work with NPD team to support appropriate forecasting against new products
  • Work with trade operations team to ensure inventory is available for customer requirements
  • Manage all communication internally on inventory availability

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of Excel essential, with experience in managing and analysing large volumes of data
  • At least 3 years' experience in a demand planning role
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Demonstratable problem-solving and numeracy skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of Demand Planning within the context of an S&OP process
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be able to commute to head office in Brentford 2-3 times per week
  • Right to work in the UK
