Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Early Years Educator to join our team at Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Bank Staff Member, you will have the flexibility to work when you want, while enjoying the security and benefits of being an employee.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Nursery colleagues in delivering high-quality Early Years education, engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities, and ensuring their safety throughout the day.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment, adhering to nursery demands and hygiene standards.
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
- Contribute to the development of children's skills and knowledge, encouraging them to reach their full potential.
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
- Sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
