Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GIS Analyst to join our team at VINCI Building UK. As a key member of our Shared Services, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and maintenance of our ArcGIS environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for the ArcGIS Enterprise platform, including incident and problem management, change management, and proactive monitoring of associated services and architecture.
  • Collaborate with internal ICT teams, end users, external clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of GIS solutions.
  • Develop and implement Access Management protocols, manage application permissions, and provide subject matter expertise and end-user guidance.
  • Assist in the development of product enhancements, in association with users, internal teams, and external providers.
  • Engage with stakeholders, product owners, and divisional GIS champions to creatively solve problems and deliver high-quality GIS solutions.
Requirements
  • No fewer than five years of experience working in an ArcGIS application support and development capacity.
  • No fewer than two years of experience working in structured, managed ICT service environments.
  • Effective communication skills, including the production of accurate, usable documentation.
  • Good telephone manner, organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrated initiative, and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Positivity, tenacity, and dedication, with an open and honest approach.
  • Good IT security mindset and ability to work autonomously or as part of a wider team.
