Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Carers at Universal Care Limited. As a Carer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities: including personal care, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide emotional support and companionship: engage in conversations, play games, and participate in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Assist with household chores: cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with mobility and transfer needs: assist with getting in and out of bed, using the bathroom, and moving around the home.
- Administer medication: as required, under the guidance of our clinical team.
- Communicate effectively: with clients, family members, and our clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- UK driving license and own car: essential for Daily Carers.
- Experience in care work: desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently: and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature: with a willingness to make a difference in the lives of our clients.
