About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cost Management Associate Director to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will work with both Public and Private sector Clients on a variety of projects, including Regeneration, Residential, Sport & Leisure, Industrial, Manufacturing, and Commercial Developer schemes.

Previous experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Automotive sectors is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure service deliverables.
  • Manage projects to deliver high-quality services and meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present cost estimates and option studies.
  • Conduct cost planning and benchmarking.
  • Provide technical advice on legal and contractual issues relating to construction projects.
  • Administer contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
  • Manage service delivery for profit.
  • Identify new business development opportunities and drive growth across the Business Units' activities.
