Job Description

Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Special Needs Education

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils with developmental trauma, autism, ADHD, complex and SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping our pupils in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.
  • Undertake all aspects of Occupational Therapy clinical duties, adhering to professional and regulatory guidelines.
  • Carry out individual assessments and interventions, and prepare relevant documentation, including writing reports.
  • Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies, as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people.
  • Valid full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £53,200 dependent on experience, plus a £2,000 training allowance.
  • A 52-week contract with a 5-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
  • A £2,000 training allowance to complete role-specific training tailored to your individual requirements.
