Principal Research Analyst, Multi-Asset Strategies

Wellington Management is on the lookout for a Senior Asset Allocation Researcher to lead the development of asset allocation strategies within client portfolios.
The selected individual will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative environment to produce asset class perspectives through both quantitative analysis and fundamental research, working closely with the Head of Research and the research team.
This position requires a strong partnership with the portfolio management team, ensuring alignment with client trends and delivering insightful market-based asset allocation research.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust academic foundation, a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in investment research, and a proven track record in generating valuable research insights across diverse asset classes and international markets.
Essential skills include strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in coding, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
