About the Role

We are seeking a qualified solicitor or legal executive to join our private client team in Cornwall. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in private client law and be a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) or have the potential to become a member.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise a full range of private clients on wills, tax and succession planning, probate matters and trusts.
  • Focus on high-net-worth clients and those with more complex needs.
  • Work closely with the team to provide excellent client service and achieve business objectives.

Requirements
