Our client, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking a proactive Business Finance Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving financial efficiency and supporting strategic business operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze financial data to provide insights on spending patterns and variances.
  • Collaborate with business operations to monitor departmental expenditures and support budgeting processes.
  • Participate in cost-saving initiatives, production variance analysis, and inventory management.
  • Assist with audits, compliance, and financial reporting across various departments.
  • Support the financial planning process
  • Participate in the costing process and provide coverage for other business units as needed.
  • Engage in cost savings initiatives, attend relevant meetings, and drive actionable outcomes.
  • Analyze financial data and monitor the effectiveness of financial programs.
  • Assist with financial planning processes
  • Participate in both internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial data.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines.
  • Background in manufacturing is preferred.
  • Early stages for CIMA desirable

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with advanced Excel skills.
