About the Role

Calm Mediation is seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Case Administrator. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, including Restorative Justice, Neighbour Mediation, Family Mediation, Peer Mediation, and Workplace Mediation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our mediation services, including coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Act as a central point of contact for enquiries from the public and our partner organizations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely responses.
  • Support the development and implementation of our services, including contributing to the creation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance our services.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.
