Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our qualitative research and creative strategy team in the Americas. As a key member of our global team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our sales teams and clients, identifying opportunities to drive high-impact brand strategy and innovation projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact projects that meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business development and partnership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
About You

We're looking for a passionate and experienced professional who is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and driving business growth. You'll have a strong track record of success in qualitative research and creative strategy, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and drive business development.

You'll be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. You'll also have a strong understanding of market conditions and client business environments, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that drive business decisions.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in qualitative research and creative strategy, with a strong track record of success.
  • Relevant experience with research techniques and solutions in the related industries of Consumer-Packaged Goods, Consulting, Information, Account Development, Analytics, or similar.
  • Effective in senior-level communications, influencing, and negotiation.
  • Excellent awareness of market conditions and client business environments.
  • Demonstrated record of business development and client partnership.
Location:

Oxford or London (Hybrid, 2x a week in our offices)
