About the Role

The SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team at a lively, 3-form entry Primary School in Hounslow.

As a Year 3 HLTA, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher in delivering the curriculum, running interventions, and covering whole classes when needed. You will also be part of the Year 3 team for planning and meetings.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience as a HLTA, ideally hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification, and have a desire to encourage student aspiration. You will be able to provide students with opportunities for success, and encourage them to take risks with their learning tasks. You will also be able to work 1:1 or in small groups when required, and have the ability to cover/teach Year 3 classes when needed.
