About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Goodson Lodge. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and drink services to our residents.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals for residents, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cooking, and serving
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Work collaboratively with the catering team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Engage with residents to understand their dietary needs and preferences
