Business Analyst Role at BIP UK

BIP UK is a leading international consultancy that empowers businesses to thrive in the 21st century. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting a large-scale digital transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshops to elicit and define business requirements and user stories with the client team.
  • Perform process and requirements gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the client team to develop and implement sustainable solutions that drive business value.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a digital transformation environment.
  • Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
