About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Micheldever Tyres Services Ltd. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing administrative and advisory support to our business areas, including Retail, Wholesale, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Update and maintain the HR database and other HR-related files
  • Support the HR Business Partners with Employment Relations (ER) case management and attend ER hearings
  • Ensure all responses to queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Input employee data, including new starters, leavers, and employee changes
  • Produce new starter documentation and letters relating to ER cases
  • Liaise with Payroll regarding contractual changes, including starters, leavers, changes to pay and hours of work, and bonus payments
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working as a HR Advisor in an ER advisory capacity
  • Knowledge of Employment Law
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification
