Philanthropy Officer

Role Summary:

A talented and experienced Philanthropy Officer is required to join our client's team to manage a portfolio of individual donors, providing exceptional stewardship through meaningful engagement and thoughtful communications.

About the Role:

The postholder will work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Communications and the Events Officer to achieve a team target of £453,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of individual donors, providing excellent stewardship through meaningful engagement and thoughtful communications.
• Work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Communications and the Events Officer to achieve a team target of £453,000.
• Develop and implement fundraising or communication initiatives or campaigns.
• Utilize a CRM database to support relationship management.

Requirements:

• Understanding of support acquisition and retention, supporter journey development, and motivations for giving.
• Experience of using a CRM database to support relationship management.
• Understanding of developing fundraising or communication initiatives or campaigns.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 and a permanent contract.
