About the Role

As a Spicerhaart Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing our estate agency business in a designated core area. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within your designated area
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in estate agency or a related field
