Job Title: HR Advisor

Bureau Veritas Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and support to line managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for line managers, providing guidance on employee relations matters, including absence, performance, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Lead new employee inductions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to support performance management, challenging underperformance and providing coaching to line managers.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a HR environment, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Relevant HR qualification, such as CIPD L5/L7, is desirable.
