About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the final stages of our £3m National Lottery Heritage Fund project. As a key member of our project team, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the smooth administration of the project, including data collation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in the closure of the project, including final reports and project management framework stages
  • Collate data and information for quarterly lottery claims and end of project reports
  • Assist with national communications work and maintain project web content and social media

Requirements

  • Experience of National Trust financial management systems and procurement processes
  • Experience of collating financial or performance information for reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, well organized, and capable of managing your own workload
  • Comfortable working with external organizations, partners, and stakeholders
