Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a learning support centre environment
  • Work collaboratively with a team of staff to remove barriers to learning and promote pupil wellbeing
  • Develop and implement strategies to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder in their learning
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and empathetic individual with a passion for supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Strong awareness of the barriers to learning experienced by pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
