Job Opportunity: Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our nursery in Edwalton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our childcare services.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our nursery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
  • At least 3 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery.
  • At least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire, energize, and support others.
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations.
  • Firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
