About the Role
This is a pivotal position within the Supply Chain function, responsible for ensuring sufficient Finished Goods stock is available to meet production plans while balancing warehousing needs to minimize obsolescence and excess storage costs.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver Customer Service & Conformance to Plan Objectives
- Own and Manage SAP MRP & Material Ordering Process
- Contract Fulfillment in SAP
- Cross-Functional Working with Procurement, Project Managers, Operations, and Suppliers
- Maintain Accurate Material Goods Stocks
- React to Short-Notice Plan Amendments and Communicate Effectively
- Support Implementation of New Product Development
Requirements
- Knowledge of MRP and SAP Systems
- Experience Working Directly with Customers
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills
- Ability to Work Under Pressure and Prioritize Workload Effectively
- Attention to Detail and Ability to Build Relationships Internally and Externally
