Key Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Factory Manager and be responsible for steering a team of engineers towards a systematic approach to maintenance operations.

  • Collaborate with the Manufacturing Manager and other management personnel to devise and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy that ensures optimal factory conditions to fulfill production demands.
  • Engage daily with operational maintenance team leaders to guide and mentor initiatives within the facility aimed at enhancing equipment and process efficiency.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Demonstrated experience in a large Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment.
  • A degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving, complemented by creativity and high energy.
  • A proven history of effective people management.
