Job Description

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor with Academics, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of education in secondary schools.

Your responsibilities will include stepping into the classroom when teachers are absent, providing supervision, and ensuring students remain engaged with pre-prepared lesson plans.

You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive learning environment, promoting student behavior, and supporting the school's academic goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students during lessons, ensuring they remain on task and engaged
  • Implement pre-prepared lesson plans, adapting to meet the needs of students
  • Maintain accurate records of student behavior and progress
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and other school staff
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:
