We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Bodyset. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

• Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to our evidence-based clinical pathways and ensuring seamless transitions throughout the patient journey.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including sports clubs, gyms, and consultants, to drive referrals and expand our network.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical specialisms and business disciplines, such as training, marketing, and management, to enhance your skills and contribute to the growth of our services.
• Comply with all Bodyset policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring consistency in product delivery and customer experience.
• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the Regional Lead to implement changes, driving continuous quality enhancement.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending conferences and events to stay current with industry best practices and advance your skills.
• Adhere to the CSP's Code of Members' Professional Values and Behaviour and the HCPC's Standards of conduct, performance, and ethics.
• Support the multidisciplinary team in developing service improvements, as needed.

• BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree
• Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and Senior Society of Physiotherapy
• Evidence of continued professional development
• Excellent written English skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in the private healthcare sector
• At least 3+ years of relevant post-graduate clinical experience
