About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Professional to join our team in Tonbridge. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of files and providing expert advice on estate and tax planning, wills, trusts, and inheritance tax planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of files with minimal supervision
  • Provide expert advice on estate and tax planning, wills, trusts, and inheritance tax planning
  • Assist in career development and studying
  • Consider candidates undertaking STEP

Requirements:

  • Consistent and good private client knowledge, focusing particularly on wills, trusts, estates, and tax issues
  • Ability to manage a caseload of files with minimal supervision
  • Experience and knowledge in estate and care fees planning, wills and will writing, inheritance tax planning and investments
