Position: Key Stage 2 Support Assistant
Compensation:
£86-£90 per day

Exclusive Education is seeking to recruit a Support Assistant specializing in Special Educational Needs (SEN) to join a dedicated team at a specialized educational institution. This role involves providing assistance to students with diverse learning requirements.


The successful candidate will be engaged full-time, working five days a week, and will be involved in a long-term commitment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in their learning and development, particularly those with SEN.
  • Assist in implementing the Key Stage 2 curriculum effectively.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Possession of a relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g., NCFE, CACHE, or NVQ Level 1, 2, or 3) is desirable.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK or UK residency.
  • Experience working with children within the last two years.
  • Strong understanding of the full curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Prior experience in Key Stage 2 settings.
  • Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
  • Two professional references from previous roles involving children.
  • A current DBS registered with the update service or willingness to obtain one.
