  • Support Customers in Technical Sales: Collaborate with customers to identify and qualify new opportunities, and provide technical support to our sales teams.
  • Act as a Customer Advocate: Communicate customer needs and concerns to executive management, and work to resolve any issues.
  • Train Field Sales Teams: Develop and deliver training programs to our field sales teams, including reps and distributors.
  • Work with Product Management: Collaborate with product management to shape product roadmaps, present them to customers, and provide feedback.
  • Stay Updated on Market Trends: Stay current on market trends, competition, and customer needs to ensure we are providing the best solutions.
  • Develop Technical Requirements: Develop technical requirements for new products, guide R&D, prepare documentation, and support customers.
  • Understand Customer Applications: Understand customer applications to identify new product features and performance requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in solving technical issues and providing high-level customer support and value through technical expertise in battery charging, system integration, power systems, and control systems.
  • Power Electronics Knowledge: Basic power electronics knowledge for both design and manufacturing, including AC/DC and DC/DC topologies, standard approaches used in analog and power supply circuit design.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel a minimum of 40% of the time during a typical workweek.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and oral).
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM tools.
  • System Level Solutions: Experience in offering system level solutions (cabinets, shelves, rectifiers, and controllers).
  • Embedded Applications: Experience working with customers on embedded applications and in the vehicle charging industry.
