Job Description:
About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized corporate clients, providing tax compliance and advisory services.
- Prepare and review income tax computations, personal tax returns, and other tax-related documents.
- Handle various tax returns, including P11D's, CIS, PSA's, and ERS returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Review and analyze statutory accounts, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, managing the compliance process and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist in training and developing junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, collaborating with senior managers and directors.
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws, regulations, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to client engagements.
- Contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
- Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACA) qualification.
- At least 3 years' experience in tax practice, with a focus on corporate tax.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
