About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part Time Administrator to join our team at the Prax Foundation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our charity, Roots, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the ongoing management of existing projects, including hostels, collection boxes, food banks, and clothes collections.
  • Fundraising: Assist in organizing fundraising events, auctions, and other initiatives to support the charity.
  • Research and Development: Identify new causes for the Foundation to support and contribute to the development of new projects.
  • Communication: Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including donors, auditors, and other external partners.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to the PFS board and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administration, event planning, and budget management.
