European Road Freight Clerk Job Description

We are seeking an experienced European Road Freight Clerk to join our team at Red Recruit, a specialist recruitment agency for the freight and shipping industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers and overseas agents to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Load planning and coordinating with hauliers to optimize transportation routes
  • Raising export documentation to enable trailers to transit UK Ports and Europe
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a European Logistics or Customs position
