Job Title: Sous Chef
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at H & C Solutions. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of classical and modern cooking techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
