About the Role

Fawkes and Reece London are assisting a national main contractor in their search for a Design Manager to join their team in Mayfair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure design compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Cross-team collaboration with Design, Quantity Surveyors, Construction Manager, M&E team, and wider site construction team.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to select design subcontractors, review design drawings, and lead document design meetings.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and site teams to ensure practical and robust design details in agreement with the construction team.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Experience with Fit-Out projects.
  • Experience with site procedures.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Revit.
