We are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a main build contractor, we deliver a diverse range of projects across the UK, from residential to industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly valuations and preparation of bills of quantities
  • Carrying out take-offs and monitoring material and labour costs
  • Communicating with project staff and sub-contractors to ensure commercial procedures are in place
Requirements
  • Qualified to degree level in a relevant area, such as construction or quantity surveying
  • Proven experience working for a main contractor on new build projects
  • Ability to work proactively and independently as part of a large team
