DCS Recruitment is seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join a reputable construction firm specializing in minor works for commercial and industrial fit-out projects.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to accurately assess project costs while adhering to all financial and regulatory standards as outlined by company policies and core values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure precise calculation of costs for assigned projects, aligning with financial and regulatory guidelines.
  • Fulfill the estimating requirements for designated projects.
  • Maintain close collaboration with contract management to guarantee compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present bids based on data gathered from project sites.
  • Engage in price negotiations for materials and equipment as necessary.
  • Ensure the financial accuracy of all tenders submitted.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Work closely with the Chief Estimator to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Provide mentorship and support to the Estimating team.
