Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer communication and expectations, providing timely updates on vehicle service and repair status
  • Accurately invoice and cost jobs for warranty and goodwill submissions
  • Present detailed invoices to customers and facilitate payment in accordance with company procedures
  • Monitor workshop job progress and advise service reception of any delays or complications
  • Offer guidance and advice on mechanical and diagnostic queries to technicians
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking advice, servicing, and repairs for their vehicles
  • Manage communication between the workshop and customers, ensuring transparency and efficiency
  • Provide customers with estimates and timely updates on the status of their vehicle's service or repair
