We are seeking a skilled Waste Management Operative to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the UK's streets.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate a vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring the well-being of yourself and others.
- Monitor the on-board computer to ensure the load does not exceed the weight limit.
- Assist the loading team as required, ensuring that waste is loaded and secured correctly.
- Work collaboratively with your crew to achieve daily targets and maintain a high level of service.
- A valid UK driving licence with C entitlement.
- A valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- A valid CPC.
- At least 12 months Class 2 driving experience.
- No more than 6 points on licence.
- No DD or DR driving convictions.
- A competitive hourly rate of £14.55, with time and a half paid after 8 hours per day.
- Double time paid for work on weekends or bank holidays.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including up to 28 days' holiday per year pro rata.
- The opportunity to work for a reputable and established company with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
