Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver accredited Teaching Assistant courses that meet the needs of our learners.
- Mark and assess learner work, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
- Provide tailored support to learners with diverse needs, ensuring they receive the support they require to succeed.
- Use learner assessment results to inform and differentiate lesson plans, ensuring that each learner receives a personalized learning experience.
- Collaborate with the managerial and quality team to develop and improve delivery, ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of quality.
- Maintain high levels of engagement and learner success, with a focus on achieving a minimum of 90% engagement and 85% learner success rates.
- Participate in regular professional development activities, documenting your learning and growth in your CPD log.
- Stay commercially aware and understand contractual requirements, adapting your delivery to meet the needs of the business.
- Create awareness among learners about our company's values and vision, promoting equal opportunities and inclusivity.
- Support learners to sustain employment, providing guidance and resources to help them overcome any barriers to success.
- Travel to various locations across London to deliver courses, as required by the business.
- Knowledge of delivering Teaching Assistant courses and experience working with learners with additional learning needs.
- Ability to adapt and meet the demands of the business, with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to build rapport with learners, colleagues, and team members.
- Innovative and confident in curriculum and lesson planning, with a focus on delivering high-quality education and training programs.
