Job Title: Class 1 Driver

**Job Summary:**

Savanna Staff Solutions Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 driver to join our team. As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods between depots, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct daily pre- and post-vehicle inspections to ensure HGV roadworthiness
* Perform trunk driving duties from depot to depot, with trailer swaps at operating centers
* Adhere to correct procedures and operating systems
* Maintain impeccable road standards of driving

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 1 year Cat CE experience, with at least 6 months of provable experience on the road
* Current UK Licence, Digi card, and CPC DQC card
* Right to live and work in the UK (9-digit settlement share code)
* Good communicable English (talking and writing)

**Compensation:**

* Paid per hour, with elevated overtime pay for hours worked beyond the standard shift
* Competitive rates for weekday, Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holiday work
