Morgan King Professional Services is a leading provider of insolvency data and credit risk management tools in the UK. We are seeking a highly experienced Product Director to help shape our current product offering.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Strategy driven Director to oversee and manage all aspects of compliance and risk management, with a particular focus on Know Your Business (KYB), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and electronic ID verification (eIDV).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risk across the business.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure all regulatory requirements are met and maintained.
  • Work closely with the product and technology teams to integrate compliance requirements into our platforms and processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior members of the compliance team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive experience in commercial credit referencing, KYB, KYC, AML, and eIDV.
  • Previous employment with major industry players in these sectors.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary up to £150,000 based on experience.
  • Eligibility for a Management Incentive Scheme and future share options post-probation.
