EHR Digital Programme LIMS Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced EHR Digital Programme LIMS Integrations Analyst to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our digital transformation initiative, you will play a crucial role in implementing our five-year One HCA UK strategy, which includes ambitious growth plans, the opening of new sites, and significant investments in enhancing effectiveness and alignment as a group.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ongoing internal support for HCA Laboratories' externally hosted digital pathology tracking and reporting system.
- Scope, plan, deliver, and maintain integrations between HCA Laboratories' digital pathology tracking and reporting system and external parties, including NHS Trusts.
- Develop technical requirements documentation, integrations design, and management of governance processes, including HLD and LLD documentation, and approval processes.
- Manage the deployment and integration of new digital capabilities into the business, ensuring they are sensitive to and fully compatible with business operations.
- Define and create a system business readiness plan, considering IT deployment, data migration capability deployment, and business activities required to integrate new digital processes or jobs into the 'business as usual' environment.
- Assist the user community in providing transition support and change planning, and liaise with the project team.
- Digital pathology experience within histology and cytology.
- Detailed and comprehensive understanding of histology and cytology laboratory and process workflows.
- Experience in healthcare technologies, including LIMS, LIS, Digital Pathology, and MEDITECH.
- Understanding and management of HL7 interfaces.
- Experience in planning and implementing organizational systems integrations.
