GCSE History Examiner Opportunity

Pearson is seeking experienced and newly qualified teachers to join our team as GCSE History Examiners. As a GCSE History Examiner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our assessment process.

Responsibilities
  • Mark candidates' responses in accordance with the pre-defined mark scheme, adhering to conditions of recognition and examination procedures.
  • Submit samples to your Team Leader at designated times.
  • Ensure milestones for marking are adhered to.
  • Complete all administration tasks as specified.
Requirements
  • You will have a degree or equivalent qualification.
  • You will be a qualified teacher with experience in teaching GCSE History.
  • You will have a high level of subject knowledge in order to apply the mark scheme.
