The Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our Multihousing team in our London office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Financial underwriting, due diligence review, and transaction execution
  • Performing comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis
  • Working closely with senior team members on presentations and financial analysis
  • Hands-on training of junior team members
  • Client and investor communication

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3+ years of commercial real estate experience, brokerage experience, or a combination of both
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Strong computer modeling skills, including robust Excel capabilities
  • Ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects
  • Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance and multihousing
