Your Role
  • Manage a portfolio of private clients, overseeing their compliance processes and ensuring accurate and timely tax filings.
  • Identify tax-sensitive expenditure and wider tax issues for your clients, providing strategic advice to optimize their financial position.
  • Collaborate closely with Tax Partners to deliver high-quality tax advisory services, contributing to the firm's success.
  • Lead and develop a team of private client tax professionals by providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, proactive engagement, and exceptional service.
  • Monitor your own utilization, productivity, and WIP (Work in Progress) to ensure efficient time management and project delivery.
What We Look For
  • CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Proven experience in personal/private client/mixed tax within a practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax legislation and the ability to conduct research on complex tax matters.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
