Job Title: Postal Delivery Driver

Meriden Media is seeking a reliable and efficient Postal Delivery Driver to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort and collect post and parcels at the local delivery office
  • Use a hand-held device to capture customer signatures for deliveries
  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers, walking at least 8 miles per day
  • Carry a bag weighing up to 16kg and push/pull a trolley during deliveries
  • Drive a vehicle and make deliveries on foot
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points
  • Previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • A commitment to safe and responsible driving practices
