About the Role:
Inspired Selections is on the lookout for a committed Optometrist to become part of a prestigious independent practice. This role offers the opportunity to work across two locations, with a schedule of 3 days in one site and 2 days in another.
Position Details:
This is a full-time role, with some flexibility regarding the work schedule, including options for a Monday to Friday routine or alternative Saturday shifts. The compensation package includes a salary of up to £60,000 plus performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough eye examinations, including preliminary screenings as required.
- Deliver clinical services while maintaining a strong awareness of commercial practices.
- Support front desk personnel during peak times to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Qualifications:
- Open to both newly qualified Optometrists and those with up to 3 years of professional experience.
- Capable of conducting 40-minute eye assessments using a phoropter and keeping electronic records.
- Experience with Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is essential.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000, adjusted based on experience.
- 33 days of annual leave, inclusive of public holidays.
- Monthly bonuses of 10% on sales of second pairs of glasses, shared with front desk staff.

- A relocation budget of up to £3,000, distributed in equal payments over the first year if relocation is necessary.
