Position Overview:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a recently qualified Part 3 Architect to become part of a prestigious and award-winning architectural firm.

This role offers the chance to engage in a variety of significant international projects, including cultural institutions and performance venues, as well as a diverse range of architectural types.

The successful candidate will be involved in all RIBA stages, making this position ideal for an ambitious Part 2 or a talented newly qualified Part 3 Architect.

Compensation Package:

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Note:
This position does not offer hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee large-scale architectural projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring exceptional quality from inception to completion.
  • Utilize advanced Revit skills to create precise and detailed designs, adhering to industry standards across all documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable architectural solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to facilitate seamless project execution and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Contribute to the studio's design philosophy by participating in design reviews, critiques, and workshops.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, software advancements, and regulatory standards to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Architecture and either ARB registered or actively pursuing Part 3.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an architectural practice, with a demonstrated history of managing large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in Revit.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all RIBA stages and experience in guiding projects through each phase.
  • A high-quality portfolio showcasing your experience and design skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to effectively engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
